Overview

Caidr's online store offered a wide range of health supplements, but key information was often difficult to find. Important details such as ingredients, dosage guidance, customer reviews and product warnings were buried within the existing layout, making it harder for customers to evaluate products and purchase with confidence.

Working closely with stakeholders, I reviewed the existing experience and identified opportunities to improve content hierarchy, product discovery and overall usability. The redesign focused on surfacing critical information earlier in the journey, helping customers make more informed purchasing decisions.
